Pet policy for rental houses, apartments, and condominiums that are managed by Ramey & Associates in Louisville, KY:

Pet Policy Houses - dogs and cats are allowed at most
of our single family homes. Pre-approval by us in writing is required. No
breeds that are considered vicious by our insurance company will be
approved which does include pit bulls and rottweilers or any mixes of those breeds. Pet Rent of $25.00 will be applied every month for each pet on the property.

Pet Policy Apartments - cats are allowed at most of
our apartments with pre-approval by us in writing. Pet Rent of $25.00 will be applied every month for each pet on the property.

Pet Fee - Effected February 1, 2013: A $150.00 non-refundable pet fee is due at lease signing to keep the pet at the property.

Rental Insurance - Insurance must be acquired and proof must be provided at date of lease signing for any property with a pet. Also, Ramey and Associates Inc. must be named as an additional insurer on the policy.
